Web2.0 is used to describe web-based services that promote social networking and sharing.

Library Services are developing a range of Web 2.0 tools for your use. New tools will appear in this section as they become available. You can contribute to their development by giving feedback on how they could be made more useful.

Some externally provided webtools may also be useful to you as members of the Open University. Most of  these tools are freely available; some offer extra functionality to paid subscribers.
